A smoked to perfection Pork Shoulder that is slowly smoked on a wood burning pit, double wrapped in foil and made available for a hot pickup, ready to be sliced, pulled or added to anything needing pork.

This is a true example of a West Texas BBQ Smoked Pork Shoulder... thick Smoke Ring and NEVER touched by anything other than 10 hours of smoke...No Charcoal Briquets used in this operation.

The pre-cooked weight of these butts vary in size but for the most part, they hover around 10lbs, you can expect them to lose about 40% of their weight during the extensive smoking process, yielding about 6 pounds of delicious, ready to eat pork.

The rule of thumb for those of you cooking for groups, is that each person can be served one-third or one-half pound of meat per... So, 6 pounds finished should be plenty for 12 to 18 people.

This whole Pork Shoulder will be smoked, double wrapped in foil and made available for pickup hot and ready to transport and serve.
