How does this all work?

So, this is all about the Pre-Order.

A little planning on your part and a little cooking on ours.

Friday at Noon, the site will open with what space we have available on the smoker. (its a beast...don't worry)

We wait for the meat orders to be placed, and we call the order when we sell out of the space or we get to 1pm (ish)

Friday evening, the smoker is lit, and the meat goes in for its magical smoke transformation.

fast forward 10 hours later (Saturday Morning), the final product emerges, is double wrapped in foil and placed in its insulated carry container for pickup or delivery.

If you have elected to have yours delivered, it will be placed on your porch and your number will be called or texted to confirm delivery.

If you would rather pick your smoked meat up on Saturday in person, the pickup location will be Lexington Coffee Co, at 5533 Main St. in Lexington, MI. They are open from 0700 to 2pm each weekend.

You know the rest of the story, you enjoy your smoked meat and we sit back and wait until next weekend to smoke you the next batch.
